Once upon a time there was an entrepreneur (m/f/d) who had an idea. He founded a company and surrounded himself with like-minded people. They formed an illustrious troupe. Everyone knew each other and everyone pulled together.
The idea was good and the company became an organization, maybe even a corporation. There was only one problem. As the number of employees increased, the connectedness of each decreased. More and more often, people with know-how left the company and it was difficult to find replacements.

Because on February 10, 2023 the topic will be corporate culture, which will be examined from two sides:
- from an entrepreneurial perspective – What is the added value of a strong employer brand and what are the challenges?
- from an employee perspective – What do we as employees expect from a good corporate culture?
It also explores the question of how to develop ONE common culture from the different requirements.
